Florida Homes Group is a family-run brokerage led by the Simpson family. Samantha Simpson serves as brokerage owner and oversees daily operations, while Steve, Sol, and Ellie Simpson work directly with clients as licensed REALTORS® across the greater Orlando metro. Steve first bought real estate in the Orlando area in 2003, and our family has owned property in Central Florida continuously since 2007 — through every stage of the region’s transformation from a primarily tourism-driven economy into one of the fastest-growing metros in the United States. We launched Florida Homes Group in June 2025 to bring nearly two decades of firsthand Orlando knowledge to buyers and sellers: the schools, HOAs, builders, CDDs, and traffic patterns that actually shape property decisions here.
