Florida Homes Group is a Central Florida real estate brokerage serving buyers, sellers, and relocating clients across the greater Orlando metro. Samantha, Steve, and Sol Simpson work directly with clients as licensed REALTORS®.
Steve first bought real estate in the Orlando area in 2003, and our family has owned property in Central Florida continuously since 2007. Florida Homes Group was launched in June 2025 to bring clear, research driven representation to Orlando real estate: the schools, HOAs, builders, CDDs, traffic patterns, and local trade offs that shape real decisions here.
